Schleich repaint Zeus

With much time, patience, and attention to detail, this Schleich horse was transformed into a pinto. The famous Mustang Zeus served as the inspiration.

I used acrylic paints, airbrush, and pigments for the painting. The interplay of these techniques creates a particularly soft, natural look with gentle color gradients and great depth.

Afterward, I refined the model with many hair-by-hair details to make the coat appear even more realistic.

The eyes were painted with great detail and finally sealed with glossy varnish, making them look expressive and lifelike.

Each of my repaints is a hand-painted unique piece, created with great attention to detail.
